This is a bio-individuality group for anyone interested in running/walking no matter what the skill level or fitness goals. We run, we walk, we challenge ourselves and encourage one another to run your own race.  We will also participate in races in and around the DMV.  Our training schedule promotes the discipline and confidence for long distance runs without the pressure to compete.
